Trafiq in Budapest is one of those places which somehow popped up out of nowhere and is one of the first addresses in town when it comes to clubbing and nightlife in Budapest.
Trafiq is the first club in the 21st century Budapest that conjures up the carefree atmosphere that characterized the city’s nights a hundred years ago for the last time. Dead serious naughtiness. An apocalipse floating in the air. An act of one-night worldwide redemption. This what trafiq is all about. The club itself is really nice and has a good ambiance for parties with fair priced and a good selection of drinks.

INSTANT BAR, Budapest 38 Nagymezo Street in 6 District.
This is by far my favourite bar ever! It’s huge and very triply, I’ve not even photographed a quarter of it! The bar it’s self is an enclosed courtyard that has been covered, and then the rooms shoot off to the sides must have been flats or apartments at some points. If anyone has any info on this please let me know!
This was a super chilled bar with a good mix of local Hungarian arty types, of all ages, from young adults to people in their seventies, it also had a mix of travellers which is always good, you know you are in for a good night when you get a room full of Aussies, Germans, Russians and Spanish having a laugh together. For me it was the perfect environment, everyone was relaxed, there were no edgy cliques and the drinks were good and cheep!

Hello! I assume you mean district VII? Great location, easy to get just about anywhere from there. First off, check out the free Pesti Est publication when you arrive. It will tell you what music is on, where, special shows, etc. You should be able to grab one at most restaurants, cafes, bars … As for specific recommendations: can’t go wrong with Szimpla Kert or Instant for that don’t miss ruin pub experience. A38 on a boat on the Danube is also a good bet. And Morrison’s 2 would likely fit the stag party bill as well.
